Since we spend most of our waking hours at work, I believe it makes sense to enjoy what we do. From starting out on your journey, to changing direction or dealing with difficult situations at work as well as thinking about later career and retirement, I take a person centred approach to helping your explore your options and develop the story of your career.

Supervision
I also offer supervision for career coaches, providing a safe and non judgemental space to talk through client work as well as wider issues. Supervision provides a space to work in partnership to reflect on your work as a career coach as well as a chance to look at quality, ethics and career theory as it relates to career coaching.

I've always thought that life is like having a set of Lego bricks in that we can build and rebuild the same bricks in many different combinations. Cordelia won't rebuild your Lego house/car/plane for you but what she will do is help give you the confidence to rearrange your bricks and do it for yourself.
